Abstract
Different superconducting Josephson Junction models, specially the inductively shunted junction model were discussed for understanding its chaotic dynamics so that it could be used for high-frequency oscillator in chaotic communication. The shunted inductive model was found more realistic, which showed complex dynamical behavior with external bias. Results of chaotic modulation in these devices by external sinusoidal signal as information signal were also presented.
