Abstract

As I listen to the gavel strike the podium as the president speaks before the members, I often wonder, “Why am I here?” Is it to practice brotherhood, honor agricultural opportunities and responsibilities, or is it to develop those qualities of leadership to which agricultural professionals should possess or be able to TEACH effectively?
