Abstract
This paper presents the design and testing of a DC-Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heater coil system for the efficient heating of liquid solutions in industrial applications. The system incorporates advanced temperature monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure precise temperature regulation while optimizing energy consumption. Through a combination of theoretical analysis, practical experimentation, and performance evaluation, the proposed system demonstrates superior heating performance, less power consumption, and safety features compared to conventional heating methods. This research contributes to the advancement of heating technologies for liquid solutions, offering a reliable and optimal solution with broad applications in power industries. For the prototype model of the PTC test coil, a practical demonstration is carried out in the laboratory.
