Abstract
Presented an EdTech Webinar as part of an international professional learning series, focusing on the effective integration of educational technology to support teaching, learning, student engagement, and organizational innovation. The webinar brought together educators, school leaders, instructional specialists, and professionals to explore how technology can be leveraged to improve educational access, strengthen instructional practices, and support learner success in rapidly evolving educational environments.The presentation examined emerging educational technologies, digital learning platforms, online instructional strategies, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Participants explored how technology can enhance collaboration, communication, personalized learning, assessment practices, and student engagement while creating more flexible and accessible learning opportunities. Discussions emphasized the importance of aligning technology integration with instructional goals, learner needs, and evidence-based educational practices to maximize positive outcomes.Particular attention was given to digital equity, access to learning resources, and the growing importance of technology literacy for both educators and students. The session explored strategies for supporting diverse learners, expanding access to high-quality educational experiences, and reducing barriers that may limit participation in digital learning environments. Participants examined how educational technology can contribute to workforce readiness, lifelong learning, and the development of critical skills necessary for success in a technology-driven society.The webinar also highlighted the role of educational leaders in supporting digital transformation, professional learning, and organizational innovation. Participants discussed approaches for building educator capacity, fostering collaborative learning cultures, leveraging data to inform instructional decisions, and implementing sustainable technology initiatives. The session encouraged attendees to view educational technology as a tool for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement rather than simply a collection of digital resources.This presentation informs my teaching, research, and service by advancing my work in educational technology, digital equity, instructional innovation, leadership development, workforce readiness, professional learning, and organizational effectiveness. The webinar reflects a commitment to expanding educational opportunity, supporting effective technology integration, strengthening digital literacy, and preparing learners and educators to thrive in an increasingly connected and technology-rich world.
