N2 - As data-driven research continues to expand across genomic and computational fields, academic libraries are uniquely positioned to provide the foundation for ethical data practices, research visibility, and open scholarship. This presentation explores scalable, library-led approaches to supporting graduate researchers in responsibly managing and sharing their work.At North Carolina A&T State University, I have developed and maintained resources such as the Research Data Toolkit, led workshops on data discovery and FAIR principles, and curated digital collections through our institutional repository (Aggie Digital Collections and Scholarship) to amplify the visibility of student and faculty research.Through teaching sessions, digital publishing support, and targeted outreach—including social media instruction—I introduce researchers to best practices in data citation, metadata, licensing, and open access. These services help connect campus-based research to global platforms, preparing emerging scientists and scholars to engage with cloud-based systems, genomics data infrastructures, and collaborative digital environments.
