Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this article is as follows: as artificial intelligence (AI) continues to reshape the landscape of higher education, faculty face the dual challenge of integrating these technologies effectively while preserving the deeply human aspects of teaching, learning, and scholarship. This article will focus on mentoring, as it offers a personalized pathway in which faculty can develop the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently utilize AI tools, ensuring ethical and responsible integration into their academic work.
