Abstract

Well-organized mesoporous carbon impregnated with In2O 3 nanoparticles can be used as supercapacitor electrodes. The uniformly distributed In2O3 nanoparticles in the mesoporous carbon matrix are effectively utilized for the enhancement of capacitive performance.
