Abstract

Nanofibers of GeO2 have been prepared by electrospinning followed by thermal treatment using poly(vinyl acetate) and germanium isopropoxide. The nanofibers have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction method (XRD). © 2003 Advanced Study Center Co. Ltd.
