N2 - This paper introduces a list of program/course objectives for the emergent field of study of Blockchain. Since its emergence, Blockchain technology has been increasing in use at a rapid rate. It has emerged as a viable technology alternative that contributes to many organizations and sectors, especially in financial applications and record keeping. When surveyed, it was found that there are few programs and courses that teach this emerging topic. Many of these courses do not use Bloom's Taxonomy to list course objectives. This paper aims to fulfll the gap of coming up with a list of courses for a Blockchain program where specific objectives are stated using the Bloom's Taxonomy. The paper employs a formal literature review to come up with a set of topics and concepts. Courses are recommended to target coverage of these topics and concepts. Program/course objecitves are complied based on Bloom's taxonomy and the coverage provided by the courses.
