Abstract
In this study, we designed and synthesized 12 types of fluorescence probes of 1,2,3,4-tetrazole derivatives based on robustic acid (3a-3f) and (4a-4f). To confirm their structures, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction were employed. Among these probes, 3a and 4b exhibited remarkable sensitivity towards Fe3+ in both acetonitrile and ethanol solutions, with exceptionally low detection limits of 7.453×10-7 mol/L and 3.217×10-7 mol/L, respectively. It is worth noting that both 3a and 4b demonstrated excellent anti-interference capability towards various metal ions, except for Ag+. The stoichiometry of the Fe3+ complex of the probes was found to be 1:1. Furthermore, these fluorescence probes derived from robustic acid have great potential for accurately detecting of Fe3+ in cell imaging systems. This study provides a foundation for further development and utilization of pyranocoumarin probes.
