Abstract
Student success has become a campus priority across higher education, yet its meaning is elusive and the role of librarians in advancing it remains inconsistent. This panel brings together three librarians from different institutional contexts to examine how definitions of student success shape practice. Panelists will explore the scope of this work, identify opportunities for collaboration, and share how they leverage relationships and resources to support shared institutional goals. Attendees will gain insight into what student success work looks like in libraries and consider approaches for engaging in this work while avoiding burnout.
