N2 - Virtual meetings have become a permanent fixture in workplace interactions, indicating that organizations that wish to prioritize employee well-being need to understand how to optimize virtual meeting conditions. This study explores the relationship between virtual meetings and workplace burnout, with a particular focus on employees with ADHD. The findings of the study suggest that when the amount of time spent in virtual meetings is controlled, employees with ADHD who regularly use a gallery view in virtual meetings report higher levels of workplace burnout compared to those who use a presenter mode. As such, using a presenter mode is an important modification of workplace behavior to minimize burnout for individuals with ADHD.
